Spiral stairs must meet the vertical clearance requirements in paragraph (d)(3) of this section. a) N4 (Wet End) Stairs - On or about February 8, 2019, the stairs leading to the basement level had overhead obstructions with vertical clearances less than 6 feet 8 inches.
