29 CFR 1926.452(w)(4): Power systems used to propel mobile scaffolds shall be designed for such use. Forklifts, trucks, similar motor vehicles or add-on motors shall not be used to propel scaffolds unless the scaffold is designed for such propulsion systems: On February 13, 2019 employees worked from a scissor lift bolted to the bed of a pick-up truck. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.
