Ridges Blvd. Grand Junction, CO 81507: On or before 2/12/19 the controlling employer did not protect subcontractor employees from injury in that framing of new residential buildings was being conducted in areas where guardrails were not installed on exterior wall and floor openings.  This condition exposed subcontractor employees to a fall hazard or approximately 12 feet.
