29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) North Peak, Inc. at 388 W. Ridges Blvd. Grand Junction, CO 81507: On or before 8/1/19 the controlling employer did not protect subcontractor employees from injury in that subcontractor employees working on the roof of a two story multifamily home without wearing fall protection. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet. North Peak, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1378427, citation number1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/2/19, with respect to a workplace located at 380 W. Ridges Blvd. Grand Junction, CO 81507.
