29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets: Worksite located at 103 SE 291 Highway, Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employee was observed working and walking beneath the employees putting on slate tile roofing materials. Employee walking below was exposed to overhead hazards and was not wearing any means of head protection.
