29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  At the construction site located at 3301 NE Ralph Powell Road in Lees Summit, Missouri:  Employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to health hazards from dermal, ingestion, and inhalation exposure to hazardous chemicals.  The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work.  Hazardous chemicals used at the site included but were not limited to gasoline.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22):   Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause them to lose balance and fall:  At the  jobsite located 3301 NE Ralph Powell Road, Kansas City, MO., employee was exposed to a fall hazard.  Employee was observed carrying roofing materials in one hand while climbing a 13 foot ladder to the roof work area.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented January 2, 2020. At a jobsite located at 217 Northwest Juniper Street, Lees Summit, Missouri 64064, employees were exposed to serious fall hazards. Employees working on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  At a worksite located at 3301 NE Ralph Powell Road, Lees Summit, Missouri 64064, employees were exposed to serious struck-by eye and face injuries. The employer did not provide employees who were operating powered saws at the worksite with eye and face protection.   All American Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1427224, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/5/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 217 Northwest Juniper Street, Lees Summit, Missouri 64064.
