29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  (a) Turtle Gut Circle, Seapointe Village, Wildwood Crest, NJ: on or about Feb 26, 2019 two RC Home Renovation Inc employees were working from a Genie S-65 telescoping boom aerial lift.  The employees were not using any form of fall restraint and were thus exposed to potential fall hazards.
