29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(viii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards based on other factors that contribute to the practical safeguarding of persons using or likely to come in contact with the equipment: a. On or about February 28, 2019, electrical panels associated with the conveyor for machine 620, located in Department M-2, was not kept free from hazard in that water leaked from the roof onto the conveyor's electrical equipment. Employees who operate and work near the conveyor were exposed to electrical hazards.
