On or about February 27, 2019, located at 6781 Morningside Heights (Lot 47) in Westerville, Ohio, an employee was installing siding while on a steep-pitched roof on a residential home without fall protection, thereby exposing the employee to a maximum fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.    Juan Montoya was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1203235, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on February 15, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 11508 Glencrest Drive NW Pickerington, Ohio 43147.
