29 CFR 1926.503(c): When the employer had reason to believe that any affected employee who had already been trained did not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section, the employer did not retrain each such employee: a) Job site, 160 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about February 28, 2019, during glass installation activities, the employer did not ensure that employees were properly retrained where fall protection systems/devices were not properly selected and/or used, exposing employees to the hazard of falling and striking the ground below.
