29 CFR 1926.1425(c)(1): 29 CFR 1926.1425(c)(1): The employer did not make sure that the materials being hoisted when employees were hooking, unhooking, or guiding the load were rigged to prevent unintentional displacement. a) Worksite was located at 605 Pavonia Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07306 Employees were exposed to struck by hazards as a load was hoisted that was not secured and rigged to prevent the load from shifting and falling out of the cables to the ground below. Violation was observed on or about February 22, 2019
