29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Outside de-barker conveyor: On or about February 28, 2019 and times prior, employees worked on installing skirting around the tail end of the de-barker conveyor. Employees did not power off or utilize energy control procedures while working on the conveyor.
