29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: On or about March, 7 2019 employees operating the automatic south horizontal band saw were exposed to amputation hazards because the unused portion of the blade was not guarded to prevent employees from placing their hands in to the point of operation during operation.
