29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: A. On or about Friday, March 15, 2019, in the following instances, exit routes were not maintained: 1. From the emergency exit door in Formica to the loading dock, the exit route to the stairs was blocked by the placement of wooden pallets. 2. Cutting Area: Two carts of wood were staged in front of the emergency exit door at the side of the building, blocking access.
