TanMar Companies, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1185854, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on January 31, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at Longfellow Unit 3 Lease, Well 701H, Scan-Producer Drilling Rig.
