TanMar Companies LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.305(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1692984, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 5,2023 with respect to a workplace located at 12.15 Miles NW Direction from Orla, Patterson Rig 817, Orla, TX 79770.  TanMar Companies LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.305(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1384736, citation number 2, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on August 30, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at Waler  State Unit4 Lease, Well 3WA, Cactus Drilling Rig #139, 16.74 miles SE from Pecos, Texas 79772.
