29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special handtools for placing and removing material shall be such as to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone were not used: a) On or about March 11, 2019, the employer did not ensure an employee who was feeding boards through a chop saw was equipped with and used a handtool to push the end of the boards through the saw blade's point of operation, thus exposing the employee to amputation related hazards.
