29 CFR 1910.22(c): 29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not ensure that each employee used a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces: A) By Multi cut saw, on or about June 11, 2019, and or times prior to, employees engaged normal/routine work activities used portable stairs to crossover a conveyor belt. Employees were required to step up approximately 15 inches onto a metal part of the conveyor and then step approximately 27 inches across the conveyor belt and then step down approximately 15 inches to another set of portable stairs, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately three feet.
