This condition was most recently observed at a residential job site, Block 1 Lot 2, on March 18, 2019.  Workers performing tile roofing activities on a 4 in 12 pitched roof without a fall protection system in place were exposed to fall hazards ranging from 10 to 13 feet from various locations on the roof to the concrete and/or ground below.     Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.    Cano Roofing, Inc dba Signature Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1053241, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 24, 20155193 Waters Edge, Garden City, Idaho 83714.
