29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Hazelwood Village Subdivision Fourplex No. 19, Building 7, Lot 54, Block 21: On January 24, 2023; the employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls from 31.5 1/2 feet on a shingled, snow covered, two story fourplex with a steep roof while moving two roof vents away from a pony wall and removing debris from the roof. Cano Roofing, Inc., dba Signature Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1456857, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/09/2020, with respect to a workplace located at Century Farms subdivision, Phase 7, Lot 2 Block 30, 3779 E Murchinson, Meridian, Idaho 83642. Cano Roofing, Inc., dba Signature Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1385765, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on April 11, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 1639 S.
