29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) At the jobsite, on the roof, on or about 6/25/19: Workers were sheathing a roof where they wore harnesses but were not connected to a lifeline. b) At the jobsite, installing trusses, on or about 6/25/19: A worker was standing between trusses without fall protection. P.E. Dwyer Construction Co. Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1058682, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/25/15, with respect to a workplace located at 8278 Riverknoll Drive, Baldwinsville, NY 13027.
