29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  Jobsite located at 12151 S. Strang Line Ct. Olathe, KS 66062: Employees engaged in construction masonry/stucco activities were exposed to health hazards in that the employer had not developed and implemented a comprehensive hazard communication program to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals. Hazardous Chemicals used at the workplace include but are not limited to gasoline, cement, mortar, concrete, Dry Vit and Quikrete Stucco One Coat.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

Strang Line Ct. Olathe, KS 66062: Employees engaged in construction masonry/stucco activities were exposed to health hazards in that the employer did not maintain the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical used at the workplace. Hazardous Chemicals used at the workplace include but are not limited to gasoline, cement, mortar, concrete, Dry Vit and Quikrete Stucco One Coat.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59):  Jobsite located at 12151 S. Strang Line Ct. Olathe, KS 66062: Employees engaged in construction masonry/stucco activities were exposed to health hazards in that the employer had not provided employees with effective information and training, to include pictograms, on the hazardous chemicals in their workplace as specified in the Revised 2012 Hazard Communication Standard. Hazardous Chemicals used at the workplace include but are not limited to gasoline, cement, mortar, concrete, Dry Vit and Quikrete Stucco One Coat.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
