29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a. On or about April 17, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing masonry operations from a tubular welded frame scaffold, approximately fifteen (15') feet above the ground, were exposed to injuries from falls due to the lack of guardrails. JC & Son Masonry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 980349, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 29, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 311 N. Aberdeen St., Chicago, IL.
