Louisville, CO 80027: On or before 4/23/19 the employer did not ensure that employees wore eye protection when using pneumatic nail guns. This condition exposed employees to eye injury hazards. JCF Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1026242, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/24/15, with respect to a workplace located at 9665 Adelaide Cir. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) JCF Roofing, LLC at 601 Dahlia Wy. Louisville, CO 80027: On or before 4/23/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees working on the roof of a single-story, single family home were working without fall protection. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of eight and ten feet. JCF Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1026242, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/24/15, with respect to a workplace located at 9665 Adelaide Cir. Louisville, CO 80027: On or before 4/23/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees working on the roof of a single-story, single family home used extension ladders that did not extend at least three feet past the eave of the roof. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of eight and ten feet. JCF Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1026242, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/24/15, with respect to a workplace located at 9665 Adelaide Cir.
