29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about July 18, 2023, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting roofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface. JCF Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1586775, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/25/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 5906 Dunraven Ct., Golden, CO 80403. JCF Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1395351, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/1/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 601 Dahlia Way, Louisville, CO 8002.
