Broomfield, CO 80020: On or about August 14, 2023, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that a portable extension ladder, used to access the roof of a two-story residential building, had side rails extending 3 feet above the upper landing, or was secured.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) JCF Roofing LLC at 1890 Golden Eagle Ct, Broomfield, CO 80020: On or about August 14, 2023, and at times prior, employees of were exposed to fall hazards while conducting roofing operations on the second story of a residential home without fall protection. JCF Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1586775, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/25/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 5960 Dunraven Ct, Golden CO 80233. JCF Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1395351, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/01/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 601 Dahlia Wy.
