Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a) Worksite, 50 Hubard Ln, Southampton, NY - Employees were performing window trim work from a ladder jack scaffold approximately 11ft. above the ground below without utilizing a personal fall arrest system, on or about 05/01/2019. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19. Outer-County Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1372358, Citation Number 1, and Item Number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/26/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1300 Roanoke Ave, Riverhead, New York.
