I Bar: Employees were using Ultraflex 1 Tile Mortar while laying tile in the back room. Employees were mixing and applying the mortar, which was a corrosive product, without hand protection. Employees were exposed to skin irritants.      Coastal Flooring, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [29 CFR 1926.95(a)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1083995, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 34800 Bob Wilson Drive, San Diego, California 92134.
