Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) On or about May 14, 2019, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while performing roofing work without the benefit of fall protection from a low-slope roof having a pitch of approximately 4/12 and a height ranging from approximately 14 to 18 feet. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
