MWM Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1401204, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 2, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1126 E. Randville Road, Palatine, IL 60095.    MWM Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1359658, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 746 Dempster St. in Mount Prospect, IL.
