29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about May 21, 2019: Employees working in building 365 and charging forklifts are exposed to eye injury where the portable eyewash station was not filled to the max line for 15 minutes of continuous flow for flushing of the eyes. The employer could not verify the expiration date of the solution.

On or about May 21, 2019: Employees working in building 376 maintenance shop are exposed to smoke and fire hazards where the fire extinguisher in the shop was not mounted and identified.
