29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: 1) Carwash Self Serve Touchless Automatic: On or about May 29, 2019, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, while working inside an aerial lift bucket truck without wearing a personal fall arrest system approximately 30 feet high replacing the tel-sell on the light pole.
