(b) On or about August 22, 2023, the OSHA Form 300 was not completed in the detail required by the regulation when the injury dated 8/12/2023 was classified as (J) Other recordable cases when the correct classification was (I) Job Transfer or Restriction and column (F) did not include the injury or illness, part of body affected, or the object/substance that directly injured the employee nor was this information not available on the OSHA Form 301.
