Identified fire extinguisher location near the sheet rock and wall bay door was not equipped with a fire extinguisher.   4. Fire extinguisher located in the employee break area near the exit door was not inspected.  2. Fire extinguisher located at the cabinet and floor area exit was not inspected since 2017.  3. Fire extinguisher located near the sheet rock and wall area was not inspected and had been used.
