29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) 504 Queen Ann Circle Lot 10: On June 12, 2019 and times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards from pneumatic nail guns at approximately 120 psi that they were using to deck the roof of a new residential construction without wearing eye protection.
