29 CFR 1910.23(b)(8): Ladders were used for purposes other than for which they were designed: a.) On or about June 6, 2019, employees were exposed to a fall hazard from using a folding step ladder leaning up against the wall in order to clean a grain bin. The ladder slipped and fell causing the employee to fall and suffer injuries.
