29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1): The employer did not develop and implement a written housekeeping program that established the frequency and the method(s) determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, and equipment: On or about June 28, 2023 the employer failed to keep walking and working surfaces including the floors and walkways in and around the grain bins clear of combustible grain dust created from grain handling operations, exposing employees working in and around the area to potential fire hazards.
