29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  a) This violation occurred on or about June 20, 2019, at a workplace located at 3519 Calico Drive, Irving, TX; where at least one (1) employee was working on a pump jack scaffold more than 10 feet above the ground was not protected from falling to the ground below.  The Victor Paz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1026.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1137012, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/11/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 8129 Whistling Duck Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76118.  The Victor Paz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1026.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1048674, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/10/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2408 Barlay Court, Plano, TX 75074.
