29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances was not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage were made. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked. (a) Forklift Lane From Weld/Paint Door to Outside Storage - On or about June 20, 2019 employer did not ensure that the travel path of the powered industrial vehicle was free from potholes and parked equipment, exposing employees to struck by hazards.
