On or about 06/25/2019, at Communications Room #110 of the FAA Saint Thomas Air Traffic Control Tower, the electrical service panel in the area was not readily accessible. The electrical service panel was blocked with several boxes, devices and materials stored in the floor below and in front, obstructing access.  b. On or about 06/25/2019, at the Emergency Generator Room of the FAA Saint Thomas Air Traffic Control Tower, the electrical transfer switch panel in the area was not readily accessible. The panel was blocked with various items, including an electrical welding machine, a folding chair, and a  plastic five gallons drinking water cooler stored in the floor below and in front, obstructing access.  c. On or about 06/25/2019, at the Emergency Generator Room of the FAA Saint Thomas Air Traffic Control Tower, the electrical service disconnect panel in the area was not readily accessible. The panel was blocked with a 20 gallons galvanized steel round trash can and  one 14 inches steel round step stool in the floor below and in front, obstructing access.   NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was witnessed by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
