29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a. On or about July 2, 2019, at the job site - employees installing tile roof were exposed to a 14 foot 4 inch fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used on the 5:12 pitched roof.   Alpha Roofing and Sheet Metal LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection 1301115, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/05/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 9400 W Commercial Blvd., Sunrise, FL 33351.  Alpha Roofing and Sheet Metal LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1260489, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/15/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 190 SW Port Saint Lucie Boulevard, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34984.
