Employees shall be allowed to work on those surfaces only when the surfaces have the requisite strength and structural integrity. a) On or about September 11, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that the structural integrity of the clear corrugated plastic roof panels and or skylights were able to withstand the weight of the employees conducting roofing work, exposing employees to a fall hazard greater than 19 feet.
