29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Diamond Mountain Casino, Hotel Roof Top:  Employees were engaged in roofing activities on a steep roof (slop 6-8 in 12), with unprotected sides and edges, approximately 40 ft. above the ground, without being protected from falling by a guardrail system with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees appeared to be wearing safety harnesses but did not have any lifelines routed to the work area to secure their lanyards to. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.
