29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Roof - Three controlled employees working on the gable edge of a steep-sloped roof, more than 6 feet from the lower level, were not protected from fall hazards.  Sky High Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1726973 , citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 207 York Street, York, Maine.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface, and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  Roof - Ladders used by controlled employees to access roof landings were not extended 3 feet above the landing surface.  Sky High Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1726973 , citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 207 York Street, York, Maine.
