Or, on roofs 50 feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by the use of a monitoring system. Worksite Roof -� On or about February 8, 2024, employees working on two areas of flat roof, more than 6 feet from the lower level, were not protected from fall hazards.
