29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. On or about 10 July 2019, and at times prior thereto, flexible cords were used to supply power to several appliances such as Industrial fans and Warehouse bay ceiling lights. Cords were subjected to traffic.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area. On or about 10 July 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees working in or near the following areas: UV Finish Line, did not know what a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) was; including the appropriate hazard information (e.g. pictograms), exposing employees to the hazards of flammable liquids and corrosive chemicals.
