29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(2): More than 120 gallons of Category 2, 3, or 4 flammable or combustible liquids in containers were located outside of inside storage room(s) or storage cabinet(s). On or about July 10, 2019 and at times prior thereto, approximately 250 gallons of flammable paints, adhesives and thinners were stored in the finishing area, exposing painters to the hazards of a fire. The MACO Manufacturing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1368016, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on April 29, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2204 North General Bruce Drive, Temple, Texas 76504.
