29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about July 18, 2019, on the west exterior elevation of a structure under renovation located at 1421 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, Florida, an employee was exposed to hazards associated with performing stucco work prior to the employer providing an inspection of the worksite by a competent person to recognize potential hazards and determine the proper materials and equipment needed to perform the work safely.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about July 18, 2019, on the west exterior elevation of a structure under renovation located at 1421 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet - 9 inches when performing stuccowork from the basket of an aerial lift while not having a lanyard attached to the d-ring of his harness and an anchor point.
