On or about July 21, 2019: Employees working in sanitation and cleaning equipment are exposed to corrosives such as but not limited to Quorum Yellow LP, Quorum Clear V, XY-12 Sanitizer, and Exelerate TF RTU. The employer did not have a written hazard communication program.
