29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about July 26, 2019, at a residence located at W7014 Angel Hill Drive, Greenville, WI, subcontract employees conducting roofing operations were exposed to fall hazards and eye hazards due to the fact a competent person had not performed frequent and regular inspections of the job site.
